Product guide
Details, specifications & proof before shipping
Choose a Vietnamese hair texture according to what your customers request, how they maintain their hair and the product form your business sells. Straight, Body Wave, Deep Wave and Curly bundles may use the same 100g weft format, but they create different selling points, inspection requirements and customer expectations.
This page helps you choose the texture first. You can then confirm the length, color, fullness and quantity required for your sample or wholesale order.
Each machine-weft bundle in RaviHair’s confirmed product system weighs 100g. The system also includes Single Drawn, Double Drawn and Super Double Drawn fullness levels for applicable product lines.
Quick texture comparison
| Texture | Better for | Main selling feature | Main proof to review |
|---|---|---|---|
| Natural Straight | New vendors and general resale | Easy inspection and versatile styling | Smoothness, length, ends and weft |
| Bone Straight | Sleek-wig sellers | Flat, polished straight finish | Alignment, ends and finish |
| Body Wave | Vendors wanting soft volume | Broad movement without tight curls | Wave formation and return |
| Deep Wave | Texture-focused sellers | Stronger and more visible waves | Wet-to-dry comeback |
| Curly | Salons and wig makers selling volume | Defined curl identity | Curl return, shrinkage and moisture condition |
| Kinky Straight | Buyers serving natural-texture markets | Blowout-like volume | Root-to-end texture consistency |
| Kinky Curly | Strong natural-texture collections | Compact curls and high visual volume | Curl consistency, ends and comeback |
For many first-time buyers, Natural Straight or Body Wave provides the clearest first sample. Straight hair is easier to measure and inspect, while Body Wave adds visible volume without the stronger maintenance requirements of compact curls.

Choose natural straight for the clearest first test
Natural Straight hair is one of the easiest textures to inspect before resale.
You can clearly review:
- True length;
- Alignment;
- Weft construction;
- Middle-section density;
- Lower-end fullness;
- Surface condition;
- Color consistency.
Choose Natural Straight when your customers need flexible hair that can be used for straight wigs, sew-ins, ponytail designs and later styling.
It is also useful for a first supplier sample because wave or curl formation does not hide the ends or affect visible length.
Natural Straight may retain slight movement. It should not automatically be described as completely flat Bone Straight hair.
Choose bone straight for a sleek finish
Bone Straight provides a flatter and more polished appearance than Natural Straight.
It is suitable for:
- Sleek middle-part wigs;
- Long straight units;
- Vendors selling polished finished looks;
- Customers who want less straightening before installation;
- Product videos where alignment and movement are central.
The main quality points are smoothness, straight alignment, true length and end condition.
Bone Straight and Natural Straight need separate texture names, images and product codes. Do not place both under one variation called “Straight” when the supplied finish is visibly different.
Choose body wave for soft commercial volume
Body Wave creates broad curves and softer movement than Deep Wave or Curly hair.
This texture gives you a practical position between Straight and stronger textured products. It photographs well, provides a fuller-looking silhouette and remains easy to explain to customers who do not want compact curls.
Choose Body Wave when you serve:
- General hair vendors;
- Salon sew-in customers;
- Wig makers producing soft-volume units;
- Buyers who regularly restyle their hair;
- Customers moving from straight hair into a textured option.
Request proof of the actual wave formation rather than relying only on styled gallery images. For wavy products, wet-to-dry or texture-comeback proof may be used to show how the pattern behaves after water.
Choose deep wave for stronger definition
Deep Wave has more visible and regular formation than Body Wave.
It is suitable when your customers specifically request:
- Stronger wave definition;
- Greater visual volume;
- A more texture-focused wig or installation;
- Hair that remains visually different from soft Body Wave.
Deep Wave should not be labeled simply as Wavy. The exact name should appear in the quotation, variation, QC video and packing label.
The main buying risk is texture behavior after washing. Review the hair before water, after wetting and after drying. Also check stretched length because the wave makes dry hair appear shorter than its ordered measurement.
Choose curly hair for a strong texture identity
Curly hair gives your product collection a more recognizable shape and higher visual volume.
It is suitable for:
- Texture-focused salons;
- Vendors with established curly-hair demand;
- Wig makers creating fuller units;
- Customers who understand curly-hair maintenance;
- Social-media sellers relying on visible product movement.
Curly textures require more moisture and gentler detangling than straight hair. Your resale content should explain this rather than presenting Curly as a maintenance-free version of Straight.
Inspect:
- Curl diameter;
- Root formation;
- Consistency between bundles;
- Stretched true length;
- End formation;
- Wet-to-dry return;
- Handling after drying.
RaviHair’s current QC policy allows buyers to request texture close-ups, stretched-length proof and wet-to-dry evidence for wave and curl orders.
Choose kinky straight or kinky curly for natural-texture markets
Kinky Straight creates a fuller, blowout-like straight appearance. It is different from sleek Bone Straight and softer Natural Straight.
Choose it when your customers want:
- More texture through the strands;
- A fuller-looking straight style;
- Hair that visually blends with natural-texture leave-out;
- A less polished finish than Bone Straight.
Kinky Curly creates tighter and more compact curls. It can support a strong natural-texture collection but requires stricter texture proof and clearer care guidance.
For both options, confirm root-to-end consistency. A product with a strong texture near the top and noticeably looser ends may not create the finished result your customer expects.
Match the texture with your business model
A vendor selling individual bundles may prioritize textures that are easy to display and explain.
A salon may choose according to common installation requests.
A wig maker also needs to consider:
- Closure or frontal texture matching;
- Number of bundles;
- Cap construction;
- Finished density;
- Length combination;
- How the texture behaves after construction.
Bundles are generally easier to evaluate than a completed textured wig because you can inspect the weight, true length, weft and ends before assembly. RaviHair’s quality policy similarly recommends simpler bundle or bundle-with-lace tests for first-time buyers before more complex wig orders.
Choose the fullness after selecting the texture
For applicable product lines, RaviHair’s system includes:
- Single Drawn: approximately 40–45% full-length strands;
- Double Drawn: approximately 60–65%;
- Super Double Drawn: approximately 80–85%.
Single Drawn creates more naturally tapered ends.
Double Drawn provides a balanced middle tier for salons and resellers.
Super Double Drawn creates the fullest lower section and supports higher-value wig production.
Do not judge fullness only from texture volume. Curly and wavy hair can appear full because of their pattern even when the stretched lower section is tapered.
Confirm that each texture genuinely supports the selected drawn grade before adding it as a website variation.
Test one representative texture sample
Select one exact texture, one length, one color and one confirmed fullness.
Review:
- Texture in its supplied dry state;
- Texture after washing where relevant;
- Wet-to-dry return for wave or curl;
- Stretched true length;
- 100g bundle weight;
- Weft construction;
- End fullness;
- Consistency across multiple bundles;
- Color;
- Packing and variation labels.
Keep the approved sample media and specification. Use them when comparing the first bulk batch instead of approving new stock only from an older catalog image.
