Product guide
Details, specifications & proof before shipping
Choose the product form that matches how your business sells, installs or produces human hair. This wholesale display brings together Vietnamese hair bundles, bundles with closures or frontals and completed wigs so you can compare the work, flexibility and QC required for each option.
Every machine-weft bundle weighs 100g. A completed wig is generally made from two to three weft bundles and one closure or frontal. These products may use related hair, but they are not interchangeable: each format creates a different workflow for your inventory, salon or wig-production business.
Use this page to identify the correct product form first. You can then confirm the texture, color, lengths, drawn grade, lace and construction required for your sample or wholesale order.
Quick buyer verdict
| Product form | Best for | Main commercial advantage | Main QC focus |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100g bundles | Vendors, salons and new importers | Flexible stock and easier individual inspection | Weight, length, weft, ends and texture |
| Bundles with closure or frontal | Wig makers and salons | Coordinated hair and top section with buyer-controlled cap construction | Bundle-to-lace match, knots, lace and ends |
| Completed wigs | Boutiques and ready-to-sell resellers | Less construction work after delivery | Cap, lace, density, hairline and full-unit appearance |
Choose bundles when you want flexible inventory, sell sew-in hair or produce wigs locally.
Choose bundles with lace when you need coordinated components but still want to control the final cap, track placement and density.
Choose a completed wig when reducing local production work is more important than controlling every construction step.

Choose 100g bundles for flexible inventory
Bundles give you the greatest control over how imported hair is packaged and used.
You can sell them as:
- Individual 100g bundles;
- Two-, three- or four-bundle sets;
- Mixed-length sets;
- Salon sew-in hair;
- Hair for locally produced closure wigs;
- Hair for locally produced frontal wigs.
Because the bundles remain separate, you can inspect their weight, true length, weft and ends before they are hidden inside a cap.
This makes them suitable when your business needs to:
- Divide stock between several customers;
- Carry different lengths;
- Offer more than one drawn grade;
- Build wigs according to individual orders;
- Control production locally;
- Begin with a lower-complexity sample.
Ten standard bundles equal approximately one kilogram of weft hair, helping you calculate inventory by either piece count or total weight.
Choose bundles with lace for wig production
Bundles with a matching closure or frontal give you the main components required to construct a wig while keeping control of the final assembly.
This format is suitable when you have a wig maker and need to select:
- The number of bundles;
- Length combinations;
- Cap material;
- Track placement;
- Finished density;
- Closure or frontal position;
- Hairline customization;
- Final cut and shape.
A closure gives you a defined top area with less exposed lace. RaviHair’s confirmed system includes closures in 2×4, 2×6, 4×4, 5×5 and 6×6 sizes.
A frontal provides a wider front hairline and more styling space. Available formats include 13×4 and 13×6. Transparent and HD lace are available within the confirmed lace system.
This option is stronger than a completed wig when your local construction skill creates part of the resale value or when your customers require several cap configurations.
Choose completed wigs for faster resale
A completed wig combines the weft hair, closure or frontal and cap into one finished unit.
This reduces the need to:
- Source matching components separately;
- Prepare the cap;
- Sew each track;
- Position the closure or frontal;
- Complete the full construction before photography.
You can move the received product into final inspection, light styling, boutique display and resale.
Completed wigs are useful for:
- Vendors without an in-house wig maker;
- Beauty stores selling ready-made units;
- Online boutiques needing complete product media;
- Salons reducing construction time;
- Distributors supplying finished wigs to smaller resellers.
The trade-off is additional QC. You must evaluate not only the hair but also the cap, lace, knots, parting, hairline, density and complete silhouette.
RaviHair’s current public quality guidance separates bundle-focused checks from wig construction checks and recommends reviewing proof from the actual order prepared for shipment. (Ravi Hair)
Choose texture after selecting the product form
Do not select a product only because the display image looks attractive. First decide whether you need bundles, components or a finished wig, then choose the texture.
Possible texture groups include:
- Natural Straight;
- Bone Straight;
- Body Wave;
- Loose Wave;
- Deep Wave;
- Curly;
- Kinky Curly.
Each texture requires different proof.
Straight hair makes the true length, alignment and ends easier to see. Wavy and curly hair should be checked for formation, stretched length and wet-to-dry comeback. A completed textured wig also requires the closure or frontal to match the main weft hair.
The general display page should not attempt to explain every texture in full. Its role is to help the buyer choose a product form and route into the appropriate texture-specific product page.
Choose a drawn grade for bundles
The drawn grade determines how much full-length hair remains through the lower part of each bundle.
Single Drawn contains approximately 40–45% same-length strands. It creates a more tapered appearance and supports a more accessible resale tier.
Double Drawn contains approximately 60–65% same-length strands. It provides fuller ends while maintaining a balance between cost and finished appearance.
Super Double Drawn contains approximately 80–85% same-length strands. It creates the fullest lower section and is more suitable for higher-value sets and wig production.
The grade is mainly a bundle specification. Do not automatically describe a completed wig as Single, Double or Super Double Drawn unless its construction records confirm the grade used.
Compare qc by product form
For bundles
Prioritize:
- 100g weight proof;
- True-length measurement;
- Weft construction;
- Ends and drawn grade;
- Texture formation;
- Color;
- Packing by length and grade.
For bundles with lace
Also review:
- Closure or frontal dimensions;
- Transparent or HD lace;
- Lace color;
- Knots;
- Parting;
- Hairline;
- Color and texture match between lace hair and bundles.
For completed wigs
Also inspect:
- Inside-cap construction;
- Cap measurement;
- Density distribution;
- Track placement;
- Closure or frontal position;
- Straps and combs;
- Full front, side and back appearance;
- Finished cut and packing.
One bundle video should not be used as complete proof for a finished wig. The wig must be checked as an assembled product.
Build a controlled sample order
A lower-risk sample should answer one clear business question.
To compare product forms, select one texture and similar length, then test:
- One or more 100g bundles;
- A matching closure or frontal;
- One completed wig only when factory wig construction is part of your purchasing decision.
Keeping the texture and color consistent helps you evaluate the product form rather than comparing several unrelated products.
Use the sample to determine:
- Whether you prefer factory or local wig construction;
- Which drawn grade fits your resale tier;
- Whether the closure or frontal matches the bundles;
- Which lace option your customers understand;
- Whether the finished wig cap meets your standard;
- Which product deserves a larger order.
Wholesale production and ordering
Eligible black catalog bundles and smaller lace pieces can require approximately 3–5 working days when they remain within the confirmed catalog conditions. This faster schedule does not apply to wigs or colored products.
Completed wigs, larger frontals such as 13×4 and 13×6, colored items and other complex configurations generally require approximately 10–14 working days.
This production difference should influence your product-form decision.
Bundles may suit you better when you prioritize faster eligible preparation and local production flexibility. Completed wigs may suit you better when reducing your own labor is more important.

Eligible catalog bundles and smaller lace may require 3–5 working days. Wigs and complex orders generally require 10–14 working days.
