Product guide
Details, specifications & proof before shipping
Review the product being prepared at the factory before you approve your sample or wholesale shipment. This Factory Display helps you evaluate Vietnamese hair bundles through current-order media rather than making a purchasing decision from a catalog image alone.
Each machine-weft bundle weighs 100g, giving you a consistent unit for stock calculations, mixed-length packages, salon installations and wig production. RaviHair’s confirmed product system also uses Single Drawn, Double Drawn and Super Double Drawn to describe different levels of end fullness.
The Factory Display is not one universal bundle with every color and texture. You first select a product configuration. The factory-side media should then show the actual shade, texture, length, weight, weft, ends, quantity and packing connected to that order.
Quick buyer verdict
| Choose this page when you need | Use another page when you need |
|---|---|
| Current factory or batch evidence | A general H1–H18 color chart |
| Weight, length, weft and ends proof | Inspiration from vendor media |
| Sample-to-bulk comparison | One fixed texture and color product |
| Packing and quantity confirmation | A completed colored wig |
| Proof connected to your exact specification | A broad bundle category guide |
This page is most useful after you have shortlisted a color and texture but before you approve a larger order.
It helps you answer:
- Is the factory preparing the correct product?
- Does the actual color match the approved reference?
- Is the texture correctly identified?
- Does each bundle meet the confirmed weight and length?
- Does the lower-section fullness match the order?
- Are the quantities and labels ready for shipment?
- Can the current batch be compared with the approved sample?

The current public Factory Display page uses broad specifications for Natural Black, Natural Dark Brown, custom colors, 10–32-inch lengths and several texture families. Those fields are too general to identify the exact product shown in each factory image. (Ravi Hair)
Connect every factory image to a product code
A factory image is only useful when the buyer can identify what it represents.
Each displayed product should include:
- Factory display code;
- Order or sample reference;
- Color;
- Texture;
- Length;
- Bundle count;
- Fullness;
- Production status;
- Packing status.
For example, a buyer should not need to guess whether a displayed red wave is Burgundy Body Wave, Red Wine Deep Wave or a custom reddish-brown texture.
A visible code connects the image with the quotation, production record, QC media and packing label. This also makes repeat orders easier because the sales and factory teams can retrieve the same approved reference.
Review the actual color, not only the listing image
Screens, indoor lights, daylight and camera settings can change the perceived shade.
Factory color proof should include:
- Natural-daylight video;
- Neutral indoor-light video;
- Full-bundle view;
- Root close-up;
- Mid-length close-up;
- End close-up;
- Several bundles displayed together.
For a solid color, inspect whether the shade remains reasonably consistent from the upper section through the ends.
For piano, ombre or highlighted products, inspect:
- Base shade;
- Secondary shade;
- Root placement;
- Transition point;
- Width of highlighted sections;
- Distribution across several bundles.
The public Factory Display page itself warns that colors can shift across screens and advises buyers to request current-batch images for the selected shade and texture. (Ravi Hair)
Confirm the exact texture name
The current live specification combines Natural Straight, Bone Straight, Wavy and Curly under one product page. (Ravi Hair)
Those are not interchangeable variations.
Natural Straight can retain softer natural movement.
Bone Straight provides a sleeker and flatter finish.
Body Wave creates broad, soft movement.
Deep Wave has stronger and more regular wave formation.
Curly forms visible curls and greater shrinkage.
Kinky Curly produces a more compact and textured appearance.
Factory proof should show the exact texture in its supplied state. For wavy and curly products, wet-to-dry proof is more useful than a video taken immediately after styling.
The quotation, product code, factory label and QC media should all use the same texture name.
Check bundle weight and true length
Each machine-weft bundle weighs 100g. This gives you a clear unit for comparing samples, planning sets and checking the prepared quantity.
A factory QC video can show:
- An empty gram scale reset to zero;
- One complete bundle placed on the scale;
- The displayed weight;
- The bundle’s variation label;
- Additional bundles checked from the same order.
True length should also be recorded correctly.
Straight hair can be measured from the top of the weft to the longest ends. Wavy and curly hair should be gently stretched during measurement so the texture does not create an inaccurate shorter result.
Place the measuring tape, weft and ends in the same frame. This reduces ambiguity about the starting point and final strand length.
Inspect weft construction and ends
A factory display should show more than the styled surface.
For the weft, review:
- The sewn seam;
- Weft width;
- Neatness;
- Loose hair around the seam;
- Whether the bundle remains intact during handling.
For the ends, review:
- Amount of tapering;
- Condition of the lower section;
- Fullness across several bundles;
- Consistency with the confirmed quality level.
The RaviHair content framework prioritizes evidence such as weight, true length, ends, weft construction and batch consistency rather than relying on broad quality claims.
Match the factory proof to the drawn grade
RaviHair’s confirmed terminology defines:
- Single Drawn: approximately 40–45% same-length strands;
- Double Drawn: approximately 60–65%;
- Super Double Drawn: approximately 80–85%.
Single Drawn creates a more tapered lower section.
Double Drawn provides a fuller and more balanced appearance.
Super Double Drawn produces the fullest lower section.
Do not determine the grade from volume created by waves or curls. The factory should separate or gently stretch the lower section so you can see the actual distribution of full-length and shorter strands.
Also confirm that the displayed SKU genuinely uses the three-grade system. Some product lines may use one fixed quality direction instead.
Separate raw hair from colored or processed hair
The current product name contains both “Raw” and “Hair Color.”
These terms should not be combined as though every displayed product is completely untreated.
A natural-dark bundle may qualify for a raw-hair description when its sourcing and processing history support that claim.
A product that has been:
- Dyed;
- Bleached;
- Color-mixed;
- Chemically straightened;
- Given a created wave or curl;
must have its finished processing history stated clearly.
The article should describe the Vietnamese source and the finished product separately. RaviHair’s content guideline specifically requires raw, virgin, Remy and processed claims to be supported rather than used as generic promotional language.
Compare the sample with the bulk batch
A factory display becomes especially valuable when you already approved a sample.
Place the sample reference and current bulk proof side by side. Compare:
- Color;
- Undertone;
- Texture formation;
- Bundle weight;
- True length;
- Weft;
- Ends;
- Fullness;
- Product labels;
- Packing.
The goal is not to assume every batch will be visually identical. The goal is to identify whether the production remains within the approved commercial specification before the goods leave Vietnam.
Keep the approved sample media, quotation and written product code together. These records make later reorders easier to compare.
Check quantity and packing before shipment
The final factory proof should confirm that the correct goods are being packed.
Useful packing evidence includes:
- Bundles arranged by length;
- Color and texture labels;
- Bundle count;
- Total order quantity;
- Buyer or order code;
- Private-label packaging where confirmed;
- Exterior carton or shipping label;
- Final packed order.
The current live Factory Display states that buyers can receive real videos, sample guidance, packing proof and QC support before shipment when available. (Ravi Hair)
Do not use one finished carton photo as a replacement for product-level QC. Weight, length, texture and ends should be inspected before the bundles are fully packed.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Factory Display one fixed product?
No. It is a display and QC route for products prepared according to a confirmed specification.
How is it different from the Vendor Display?
Vendor Display helps identify a product from sales or vendor media. Factory Display focuses on current production, batch QC and packing proof.
How much does each bundle weigh?
Each machine-weft bundle weighs 100g.
Can I choose several textures?
The current live page lists several texture groups, but each order should use exact variation names and specifications rather than one generic Wavy or Curly label. (Ravi Hair)
Are all products in the Factory Display completely raw?
No. Colored or texture-processed products must have their processing history stated separately.
What proof is most important?
Prioritize color, texture, gram-scale weight, true length, weft, ends, quantity and packing proof connected to the actual order.
Can I place a sample before a bulk order?
The current product page publicly offers sample support and proof before shipping. (Ravi Hair)
